Windows XP Program Menu
Anyone know what to do when you click start, programs and there is not enough room left to show the all of the right-hand most programs? They're sort of half shown. Can you put programs into different groups like "Security" or "Office Tools" etc."
tks.

That's what you have to do. In Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\Account_name\Start Menu\Programs and create new folders and drag programs into them.
The other option is to right-click Start, select Properties then click the Customize button next to Start menu. On the Advanced tab check Scroll Programs. This will produce a single scrolling column of programs rather than the multiple column display you currently have.

If you reduce the longest name in any column it will reduce the width of all columns to the column now showing the longest name.
