Windows XP system password reset

I work at a hotel and the computer in our business center was locked by one of the guests. They issued a sytem password needed to log onto windows XP. I wasn't sure but I heard you can reset the computer using CTRL+F11. I know this deletes all the stuff on the computer. I would like to do this. The manager is aware of this. Does anyone know the complete procedures after hitting the Ctrl+F11 on how to finish the Setup?

 

If so thsi would help from the complaining of guests who need to use our business center.
