Windows XP - Wireless Internet Connection - Parental Control

I have Windows XP Pro SP3 installed on my new system (see sig) and would like to be able to disable the network adapters when my kids (under 10 years old) want to play on their profiles.  Right now I have set their accounts to limited to start with. And since I only use my wireless PCI card for internet access I have disabled my standard onboard NIC through the admin account.  I also have Norton 360 2.0 with the Parental Control add-on pack downloaded and installed.  So my question is this.

Is there a way to disable the wireless NIC when specific profiles are loaded?

If some of their games and learning software need internet access is there a way to password protect IE or disable it for their specific profile?

Thanks in advance.

It seems to me you are asking for limted roghts to a program except whn you need full access.

On way that comes to mind woudl be to use the third party software to control the connnection and then remove inherited right to the program.  For example, if you use an Intel ro Dell Card, there should be a utility that controls the connection to the router and buy default all users have right to run the program.

You could removed inherited rights and only give Admins rights to the program.
