Windows XPSP1a no longer has MicrosoftVM and alternative Java VM needs MicrosoftVM to activate it.
I am one of the uses of Windows XP SP1a who has the problem that as Microsoft Virtual Machine is not on program CD and can not be downloaded from the internet from 10/7/2003 and XP SP1a issued 27/7/2003.The alternate program downloaded in the computer when bought was Java runtime 4.2.It is only now when an occasion that I need that programe lately that I have a problem. The controls say the programe is activated. But on closely reading Java instructions that Microsoft Virtual Machine has to be present for the switching over to Java Virtual Machine, and without Microsoft VMpresent It appears I will never activate Java Virtual Machine. If this is so where can I download Microsoft VM so I can activate the Java Virtual Machine. You can see why I am Extremely Worried
