These are activex files belonging to MS and other programs including such possible programs as online AV scans, Windows Updates and I think the latest Acrobat Reader. You can remove them from IE/Internet Options/Settings/View Objects/Right-click the objects and select "Remove" The safest wat to remove them and possibly others is to use this free utility: Any related programs may have to be re-installed, uninstalled with reboot and reinstall.
