You had better get rid of that bridge.dll first as it should not be there.
Download, update and run

Spybot Search & Destroy    http://www.majorgeeks.com/download2471.html
Get it to remove all the RED items it finds

Ad-aware SE  http://www.lavasoft.de/support/download/#free

Hijack This          http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html

Make a special folder to download it to. Set it to "Scan" and then to create its "Log".
This will be long, but copy all of it into Notepad and post it to be checked.

You will have to run all of these to get your machine cleaned up first.

Marko78245,

For the bridge.dll problem see the removal steps here. Ad-aware and Spybot won't get rid of it.

For the Windows Update error, although the precise error you cite is not listed, you may be able to find some help here.

HijackThis will get rid of it, but you should always run Ad-aware and Spybot first

True, but some HJT experts will not welcome you with open arms if you go to them first. See this.
