Everytime I start up my DELL I get the above error further
stating The instruction at "0x10001cfa" referenced memory
at "0x1462000".  The memory could not be "read".  Click
OK to terminate the program or CANCEL to debug the
program.  No matter which I click on, I get a blue screen
fatal error with a status of 0XC0000005 C000021a fatal
error and all I can do is turn off my pc.  If I do
nothing (drag it out of my view), I can eventually get
into windows, but some things don't work, like my
scanner.  I have the most up to date McAfee, plus I've
worked with them on this, and I don't think it is a
virus. Can anyone help?
