Wassben,
Thanks for using the Dell Community Forum.
Can you give us specific examples of what words this happens with.
Also, just a note, using all uppercase letters is considered yelling. It's not a violation or anything but some people consider it rude to yell.

First let me apologize for typing in upper case. I had no idea that it meant "yelling."
Half the months of the year come up showing they are misspelled when they are not. Specifically, January, February, December, November, September, October. There are also many other words which show up misspelled when they are not. "Children" is one of them. The red underlines always go away when I run spell check. ANd most of the time they go away as I continue to type. Sometimes I get a red mark at the end of a word first, then as I continue to type the entire word is underlined in red.
Thank you for considering my problem.

Wassben,
I'm sorry but I was not able to find any information concerning your issue in any of our knowledge bases. I think at this point your best solution would be going to Corel themselves.
I was able to find Corel's support page and I think if you were to send them a message they should be able to assist you with their product. Try http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite?pagename=Corel2/Section/Content&sid=1047022940762&cid=1047022941862 and see what they can offer.
Of course I will keep this message posted here and hopefully somebody will come along who knows something.

I never had this spelling probem for the three years I had Word Perfect 8. It is not a grammar probelm. Remember also this is the "productivity" version of Word Perfect. It is not the full up verison of Word Perfect.

Wassben,
I'm not sure but are you sure the words that are being underlined are underlined for spelling errors and not grammar errors.

Spelling problem finally solved. Dell Tech in India ID 75135 resovled the issue of correctlly spelled words showing up incorrectly spelled. She basicallly went to Start - Run - typed in "regedit." She ended up renaming some Corel folders. She did not have me rename any files. End of story.
