Writing Simplified Chinese characters in XP
I have a Dell 4600 with XP "Professional". I was told by a friend that XP has a feature which provides for writing Chinese (Simplified) characters. Is this True? If true, what are the steps for activating this feature; or, is there a "HELP" article available somewhere? I would want to limit the writing of Chinese characters to email and if possible, MS Word on some occasions. I do not want to change the language of the computer in its entirity from English to Chinese. I have downloaded MS Chinese (Simplified) package for reading purposes, but would also like to be able to write the same. Would appreciate any assistance anyone can give
