DiskKeeper by Executive Software is another possibility.  It might be interesting to others, my self included, to say why you are dissatisified with the builtin defragmenter and what you think a new defragmenter will accomplish.

The only thing I've seen diskeeper do that the built in defragger cannot do (to my knowledge) is change the MFT size. (I am not talking about automatic defrags the DK can do)
