XP stand By issues

Question

Well, I put my computer in stand by and then accidentally shut off the power strip while in stand by mode. Went to turn my 4600 back on to make sure it would start up and it doesn't. I press the power button, the hard drive turns on and stays lit the CD drive flashes and my LCD LED flashes. I turn my system off and turn it back on and get the same thing. How can I fix this? It doesn’t post or do anything, just turns on and the lights flash. Help...........I just rebuilt this machine this week all was working well till I did this by accident.

Does it do anything, any errors? anything on the monitor? Check the diagnostic lights on the back after trying to power up, what colors are they? A B C D

Nop no errors or anything on the screen. I checked the back, A is flashing amber and B is Amber the rest are green. Also my network cable is flashing amber. What the heck is going on? I didn't think Stand By could screw the computer up this bad.
