XPS File Reader

Question

I had XPS File Reader on Windows 7 on a DELL machine. On a DELL machine with Windows 10, I can't locate the app. Found a YouTube video that said go into Settings/Apps/Optional Features/Add Feature. There were no apps listed. Can you tell me where I can get the executable for the reader of XPS Files?   Thanks in advance.
