XPS L401X Windows 8 installation problem

So, I being like 2 weeks trying to install the brand new windows 8 final version. I burn the .ISO, follow setup and the install run smoothly, but as soon as I got the message 'Getting devices ready' at 66% the laptop BSODed (sad face!!!) with a nvlddmkm.sys (NVIDIA) problem. I got a GeForce 420M, 4GB RAM, i5 460. Besides of that I using Windows 7 fine in the laptop, so seems hard to be a hardware problem.
