WMS don´t show client information complete.
The WMS recently show that the Thin Client's information is incomplete. As you can see in the picture, information about the serial, and last user, is not shown. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?

What version of the WDA is running on the client? What build of WMS? Make sure they are both current.. Does it look the same in different browsers?

WMS 3.8 181
WDA 16.6.8.1
I only use Chrome, this never happend before, I´wil try with another browser.

I believe the CA Validation tag is required since we don't use it I have it set as false. If you are testing moving from a WDM server you can force it to move with INI file parameters.
