Account restriction.

I am not able to log into my home computer from my tablet device using Wyse PocketCloud for Android. When I enter the user name, but my computer does not have a password to log into it. On my tablet, when I try to log on, it keeps saying "Unable to log you on because of an account restriction" I have no idea what it is talking about. How to I get past this?
