doesn't work!

I've installed PocketCloud, both pro and free, on my android phone and both my mac and pc It worked one time on the pc. Never on the MacBook Air. Keep getting the message the network is not available although I am logged on to all three devices. This app seems to be worthless. Sorry I spent the money. Wonder if I can get a refund.
