remote connect after reboot

Hi

I'm away from office where i left my laptop and was connecting ok. However the remote machine then rebooted due to some problems. I think its restarted ok because it appears as discovered in PocketCloud. However when I enter the requested credentials, PocketCloud just cycles back and keeps asking for them again. So it looks like I'm unable to connect.

Im assuming its not possie to connect without the remote machine beng logged in? Or is there some way to still connect in this situation?

Also, why does PocketCloud not remember the credentials? It asks me to key them in everytime I connect!

Remote machine is running Windows7 and im trying to access using Samsung Galaxy Tab.
