Autodiscover on PocketCloud Pro not picking up machin
Autodiscover on PocketCloud Pro not picking up machine
I am having problems getting a machine at work to show up on Pocketcloud Pro under Autodiscover. At my house I can discover my MacBook Pro no problem. However, my Win7Pro machine at work will not show up. If I VPN in with my iPad and manually enter in the Win7's IP address I can remote onto it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, as well as cycle my login info. There is no local firewall or A/V software blocking it on the machine at work, and I do not use a proxy server. Is there a change on my ASA I need to make to allow the product to work? Thank you!

NLA settings is for manual connection. Autoconnection should pick up automatically. since you are using autodiscovery that should not matter. will work with our dev and get back to you.

I have 'Allow connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop (less secure)' selected. I have the firewall turned completely off on this machine, but I do have RDP selected on all my profiles.

I've never seen a NLA setting on my iPhone, where is that at? I would assume it's on since I can remote onto other Windows 7 and XP machines with autodiscovery.

Please look into your phone app settings. Is nla turned off or on? If On please turn it off.

Same issue
Has there been any further word on this? I'm having the same problem. If I manually enter my machine name or IP in pocketcloud pro on my ipad2, I can connect to my Win7 box with no problem. Autodiscovery does not work however. I've logged in and out on both the Win7 box and the iPad multiple times with no luck. I have "allow connections from computers using any version of remote desktop" checked.
