Get this message connecting manually or automatically. It was working fine before, but I've had problems ever since I went to pro.

Can you still connect with the free version? If you can, please verify all of the settings are the same between the Free and Pro versions.

Do you have both the free and Pro version installed on your device? If you do, please try removing the free version.

What device and firmware is it using? 

What type of computer are you connecting to and its OS version?
