Windows Companion

Windows Companion

Greetings,

New user question. I have version 2.1.5 of the windows companion. The gmail log on window is partially missing. My user name is partially obstructed and I know there should be "clickable" buttons such as "long in" etc. but I can't see them.

Last week I "tabbed" through fields that I couldn't see and got lucky. I tried to log in today and I am able to log in on the companion screen (by guess tabbing) but now I see the log in screen on my IPad and it displays my computer type (dell) my computer name and below that, says "logged in". The password box underneath is present but won't let me type either from my connected blue tooth (apple) keyboard or disconnecting that and using IPad keys. Then a few moments later I get session disconnected message.

I am running windows 7 pro.

Thanks for reading.

How can I get the proper window for the companion and am I doing something wrong now. I am pretty sure I am doing the same things as when I had this working. My IP is set and my remote settings are set as they were before when it worked.

Thanks for you help.
