Hello everyone,
A quick question: Is there somewhere I can go to determine the model number of my Wyse unit? The unit shows the model number as "Cx0" however when I go look in the support area of the wyse.com website, there is no Cx0. Anyway care to point me in the right direction?

Take a look under the model and you will find your answer. You can also go to the warranty page and enter your serial number and it will show you what you have. The warranty page is located at www.wyse.com/.../warranty-and-RMAs at the bottom of the page./rma-process#lookup
