Imprivata onesign integration issues
Imprivata onesign integration issues
We are a xenapp shop and use published desktops auto launched after login to the wyse terminal. We are trying to implement self service password reset with imprivata onesign and after configuring the devices to communicate with the onesign appliances the published desktop will not auto launch. Also I am getting an error message when trying to use the password reset, "The modality used for authentication is not allowed in the authentication policy." has anyone had any success with this?

1. Auto launch: The desktop will be launched automatically if only one desktop has been assigned to this user.
2. If you got this warning message, that means your policy is mismatched with your logon authentication.
-> If you want to logon with "password input", please make sure the checkbox of "Password" has been checked via User Policy -> Primary methods.
-> If you want to logon with "proximity card", please make sure the checkbox of "proximity card" has been checked.
-> If you want to logon with "Q and A", please make sure the checkbox of "Answer security questions..." has been checked.

So auto launch will not work if the users have access to more than one published desktop?
