Reimage a 5070 Windows 10 unit to ThinOS Error
I am attempting to reimage a 5070 Windows 10 unit to ThinOS but, I receive the following error:
"Fatal Error: Can not create EFI boot entry"
I tried https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000182295/wyse-5070-displays-fatal-error-on-boot-when-updating-to-thinos-version-9-1 but no luck.
Any thoughts?

If the Win10 device is still communicating with WMS
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=n8t2y&oscode=thn8p&productcode=optiplex-3000-thin-client
if not, use the Optiplex 3000 TC recovery image file

Will the Optiplex 3000 recovery image allow me to reimage the unit with ThinOS?

Using the recovery image I receive the following error:
"Fatal Error: No zpool found in boot disk!"

Also, the 5070 does not have any OS so I cannot reach WMS.

Yes the Optiplex 3k recovery image works on 5070.
DId you disable Secure boot?
Any chance the flash/SSD drive has failed?

Yes, the secure boot is disabled.
Is there a way to determine if the flash has failed?
The SSD was removed by the seller.

So, if there is no SSD, then if they did not replace it with a flash drive, there is no storage which means you cannot load an OS on it.
