ThinOS 2306 (V9.4.2103) issues with USB mouse & keyboard
Hello all:
We have been testing The latest ThinOS for the past couple of weeks and no issues but came in yesterday morning and and a bunch of our 5070 and 3000 keyboard and mouse had issues wit their connection. Keyboard would type in batches and the mouse would move just a little bit and lock and move again in a couple of seconds.
We are running
Bios 1.9.1
ThinOS 2306 (V9.42103)
Citrix Workspace 23.5.0.58.1
Zoom Citrix 5.14.0.23370.1
I have ran some tests with the last firmware 2203 (v9.4.1141) and latest other software list and dont have issues, but as soon as I install the 2206 there are issues.
Seeing if anyone else is seeing this. As stated we have been testing for a couple weeks and no issues and added about 30 units and all seemed to work. Came in on Monday and things started happening. No changes were made in the policies.
thoughts?

Hi.
To me it looks more of a network / connection issue than ThinOS.
How are the Wyse connected, wired or wireless? What CVAD version do you use?

They are hardwired and the issue is upon boot, not even logging into Citrix yet.

This is really strange. Are you sure the update was completed and there are no more packages in the background that are beeing downloaded / installed? I only remember seeing soomething similar after an update when some packages were still pending and the Wyse was unresponsive. A reboot normally cures this and the Wyse will finish installing the updates. Open the Event Log under System Information on the Wyse and check if you see something unusual.

Had a similar issue everything runs fine until in a Citrix session where the copy and paste feature would error across the office Suite (attachments, text you name it). Still trouble shooting but rolled back too the 2303 (9.4.1141) and the issue cleared up. So communication between the TC and the Session something wasn't working.
