ThinOs Green Screen Hexadecimal Error
Hi,
For a few months users receive this error in hexadecimal. After investigating we can say that the error occurs when copying and pasting data from one place to another, for example in Excels.
To minimize the error, we have enabled the following Citrix policy: “Restrict client clipboard write”
But there are users who need to copy and paste between different XenApp servers so that's why they continue receiving the error.
Brief description of our environment:
Model: Dell Wyse T10
Firmware: 8.1_031 (also happens with older 8.1_027)
Number of users: 800
Citrix Version: XenDesktop 7.8
XenApp Operating system: Windows 2012 Server R2
Microsoft Office: 2016 and 2013
Please we appreciate any information related to this error, as it seems a bug of ThinOS firmware.

These type of errors are normally related to a client resource issue and normally requires a firmware upgrade. You may have to contact Dell Wyse tech support to address this issue. You can go to www.wyse.com/kb to open a case on the web, or call them at 1-800-800-9973 option 4.
