P25 Intermittently Losing Mouse and Keyboard
Recently installed 30+ Dell r5500s with Wyse P25s as "KVM extender." All of these computers are having issues with their mouse and keyboards connected to the P25s. Everything will work fine and then with no warning the mouse and keyboard functions stop for a few seconds, then the lights on the keyboard will flash like it has just been hooked up for the first time, and then everything starts working again. There is no pattern to it, but my operators are getting very frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. P25 firmware is 4.1.2.

I have the same issue with a Precision Rack 9070 connected with P25 Wyse

I would suggest making sure the P25/5030 are running the latest firmware available from Teradici, and that the PCOIP host card in the rack is the latest firmware as well.
