Sony FS-85USB Foot Pedal Not Recognized on P20

Hello,

We purchased Sony FS-85USB foot pedals to use in conjunction with some transcription software. We are using WYSE P20s along with the latest Teradici firmware (3.5.0). When plugged in, the device is not recognized. I've also installed the drivers from the CD software provided, but this still has not worked.

I recall reading posts in the past that indicate that certain devices could be filtered out and need to be re-enabled. Would anyone have suggestions as to how to get these to work? We have an older foot pedal (manufacturer name is not listed) that works without issues.
