Always include the exact PC model and version (build) of Windows in your posts. Saying "XPS" doesn't tell us enough.
You'll need to download the Win 10 ISO file from Microsoft (free) and follow the instructions on that page to create a bootable USB stick that's at least 16 GB. (If it's less than 16 GB, there won't be enough space for the files.)
Connect that stick to the PC first and then power on. Immediatelypress F12 and look for the option to boot from USB. Once booted from the stick, follow the options to repair Win 10. Be careful and read all the prompts because you only want to do a repair. Otherwise, you could lose your apps and personal files.
