Consistent appcrash edgehtml.dll reported in Reliability Moniter

Hi,

I am hoping that the members can provide me with insight, suggestions or assistance with this issue. I find an error report 2-3 times per week in Reliability Moniter. Windows 11, Intel i7 12700, 32 GB Ram, Nvidia 1660ti. Fully updated for Dell and Windows. The problem has been appearing for a few months.

The problem report as follows:

I have used SFC and DISM which revealed no issues. I have repaired and reset Edge as well. It appears to occur at system shut down. Internet search did not find anything to specifically address this problem.

I am not knowledgeable enough to diagnosis much less to solve this inconvenience. The appcrash does not appear to affect the functionality of my system but it is annoying to see this popup in the Reliability Moniter frequently.

Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.

I uninstalled Support Assist in an attempt to deal with another issue and I may have solved edgehtml.dll error as well by uninstalling SupportAssist. Paraphrasing a very knowledgeable contributor to this forum, SupportAssist may provide more problems than benefits.
