GTX 1080 Setup Problems

Question

I setup my new U2417H monitor and an XPS 8930 system with a GTX 1080 by plugging in the two supplied cables per the drawn one-sheet instructions. A USB cable and a MDP cable. These are the only cables I received with the monitor. The device manager in window 10 pro shows the GTX 1080 card is working properly but when I go to the N*IDIA control panel it shows that the display settings are not available and that my display is not attached to an N*IDIA GPU. Apparently I somehow set this up in error. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Never mind. I found the proper port for the card. I must say Dell documentation leaves a great deal to be desired!
