How to Uninstall/Remove 'Dell Data Vault'?

Question

I uninstalled all dell bloatware including supportassists, but I still have a Dell Data Vault active in the Device Manager--> System Devices.
I am not sure what exactly it does, but there were instances where it has resulted in BSOD.

How to FULLY remove this program with it's drivers.
