my bluetooth not showing

I think a little more info and what you have tried would really help here?
First, WHAT is the model of the PC (if not an XPS, you should post in the correct forum)?
What IS your exact problem? Mine is or can be connected but the only place it would show is in Device Manager, does yours show?
What has been done recently, MS Update (what version of Windows are you on by the way?), new s/w installed, etc.?
What were you trying to do?
Any thing else that might help 'us' understand the problem and all the 'debug' you had tried.

Shutdown the computer. Unplug the power cord. Wait 5 minutes. Plug the cord back in and start the computer. See if Bluetooth is active.
