Purchased Software not showing in Digital Locker.

Question

All the Cyber Link software I purchased 2 only 1 is showing up in digital locker. I am gonna have to reinstall Windows this week. I want to download the software to have it to reinstall. I don't want to install from Digital Locker.  I want to DOWNLOAD these to a folder put on a flash drive and Install FROM the flash drive AFTER the Windows 10 reinstall. I am also trying to get all updated drivers and put them on a flash drive. When I built my system I had no issues I ordered Cyber Link software they sent the disk.

And I just contacted Dell Support about this. It was not helpful. We went on for an hour they said I needed to download from digital delivery and it would be in. C:\ProgramData\Dell\Digital Delivery  But it is not there. Why is Cyber Link Power Media Player in Dell digital Locker? But Cyber Link Power Director17+ Photo Director is not there?
