I have a Dell XPS computer that my uncle died and left to me but I don't know the password how do I get past it and reset it

Except for some recent models, most of Dell desktops have clear password or reset jumper.  Instructions are often listed in the Service Manual.  Go to https://www.dell.com/support/home and search for your XPS model.
