Based on what you posted, they look the same, but Special Edition has the white case...
The SE has a bigger discount, even though it has a higher "Est Value".
NOTE: Both of these have 11th Gen i7 CPUs. The latest XPS 8950 have 12th Gen (i7) CPUs, but likely cost more...
