XPS 8930, will not start up?

Last week my XPS 8930 SE just shutdown randomly, which it has done before, but not regularly, but this time, it would not start back up.  The Power Button wouldn't light up at all. The plug going into the motherboard has a yellow wire looping from the detect front panel to a ground,, and I believe that prevented the power supply from even running when I pushed the reset button.  I replaced the Power module cable, it's working now, the reset button lights the LED, but it wouldn't come on except when I pushed the reset button. I replaced the motherboard, now, when I push the power button, an amber light blinks once, then after about 30 seconds or so, it starts blinking 2, then 3. After about 5 blinking patterns, it stops blinking. Service Manual says 2, 3 is Memory failure, systemboard failure, or processor failure. I'm now assuming that it's a processor failure. Is there anyway I can test it? I don't have new enough working processor to use to see if it will work. This computer is slightly over two years old, and I've never had a intel processor fail this fast.  I have two other desktops that are over a decade old running intel i5s, and the last processor failure I had was one Pentium in a dual processor system. I never expect a computer to last as long as the two old ones I have, but less than three years is absymal. Let me know if there's anything you can do to help.

@ebommi

Your support expired in Jan 2021

Help won't be available unless you renew your service while you still can.

Take out HDD and all ram and test 1 stick at a time to see if you can clear the error.

Bad CPU would not blink but rather the button would be solid amber with no blinking or beeps at all.

Well, I had already done all of this, but I did it all again, when I turned it on with one stick of ram at a time,I get one blink when I press the power button, then after about 30 seconds, it starts doing 2, 3 just like with all of the ram in it.

Actually, CPU Failure causes the LED in the power button to flash 7 times, but what's happening is when I connect the power cord, the green LED on the back of the PSU comes on, then goes off immediately...then I get LED flashing 2, then 3...here's the codes from the Service manual...I've there is another post describing exactly what's going on with mine, and his was confirmed the processor...
