I take it that you cannot find the original memory sticks that we shipped in this XPS 8940 on May 6, 2021? (2) 9CXF2 8GB DDR4, 3200MHz, 1Gx64, Unbuffered, 288 pin, Single Rank, 1.2V, Non-ECC, Non-Encrypted
Thank you for getting back to me. Unfortunately I do not. I was under the impression it was new so I didn’t think to see if there were any Dell sticks anywhere.
The speed the memory runs at depends upon the CPU. Dell installs 3200 MHz memory which runs at either 2666 MHz or 2933 MHz. If you cannot exchange the memory you have, I suggest you go to crucial.com and use their upgrade tool to find compatible memory. I think you will find that 32 GB of memory will cost about $150.

None of the XPS 8940 OEM memory is 1.35v.
