XPS 8960, Virtualization support?

I was just curious to know if the new XPS 8960 supports virtualization for the 13th Gen processor. When I looked on the service manual I did not see anywhere on the BIOS screenshots about virtualization. Of course, I could have always missed it as well. I am also wondering why Dell dropped the amount of ram from 128GB to the 64GB? I know the XPS 8950 had the capacity to hold 128GB.

Thanks!

If massive RAM expansion is important to you, consider a Threadripper.  You can configure a system with up to 1TB of memory.  For comparison, it will make the XPS look like a budgeted machine.

I am more curious about virtual machines. At what point should one worry about expanding from 64GB to 128GB? It looks like the XPS 8960 has faster ram than the XPS 8950. Would there be that much of a difference where the faster ram makes up for the lack of memory slots? I plan on running a couple of virtual machines.

You can post your interests and learning more at https://www.dell.com/community/Virtualization-General/bd-p/ESVirtualization?ref=lithium_menu, or https://www.dell.com/community/VMware/bd-p/vmware

Faster 64gb ram by itself does not make up for the needs of 128gb ram, but it's plenty enough to be allocated to run a couple of virtual machines without slowing down your system.

Hey have you figured this out? I just realized this option is missing from my XPS as well. BIOS has no hardware virtualization tab. Tried a couple of tricks I found online but none helped.
