9365 Intel PROSet/Wireless high CPU usage

Intel PROSet/Wireless Event Log Service is constantly 20-25% and Intel PROSet/Wireless Zero Configure Service is 15-20%. I read another post for a Latitude with a similar problem and the advise was to update the Intel wireless drivers. I checked but I currently have the latest installed already (Device Manager shows 20.70.18.2). System is up to date, with the exception of the BIOS update to 2.14.0 which is subject to another post here).

Wow Dell "Cares". Is it too much trouble to help folks out in this forum? Makes me think twice about buying another Dell computer!
