Disabling Intel SpeedStep in BIOS is usually a bad idea.

I think what you are looking for is Throttle-Stop 3rd party program.

No, other than installing a SSD (as bootable C-Drive, instead of a spinning HDD) and maybe more ram ... laptops are usually not upgradable beyond that.

then tell me what to do for throttle step are the higher boost frequencies listed to scam people. also it has a potato graphics card gt 525m can i get drivers for this

I also have a m.2 in my laptop and can I upgrade my laptop ram or it is soldered in it.

The L502x does not support M.2 -- it has mSATA.  Completely different form factor and socket.
The RAM is upgradeable.

To be honest, I remember that day when the laptop isnt booting (means after the windows logo it only showed black screen) I had to erase all my data and reinstall windows. To be honest my paid antivirus got deleted I am so sad. My graphics driver, processor driver, everything vanished. Its graphics card and processor doesnt even have support for these things. I checked on intel and nvidia but there are no drivers working on this **** laptop.
