Could you please post the model number of your system? And is the system still under warranty? It could be a keyboard problem (hardware) or it could be a Windows problem such as conflicting software. Boot into safe mode and see if the key has the same effect. If so then probably hardware. If not something in Windows is creating the problem and you may have to do a clean install to see if the key problem is corrected.
