battery life recommendations

hello everyone

Q1 : could you please provide my of tips to keep the battery life well of xps 13 9300 ?

Q2: what which percentage of the battery should i plug in the charger ?

Q3 : can i keep the charger plug in after reach 100% if i am working in the pc or this will effect to the battery performance in the long run ?
