BIOS for 9380
My BIOS version is 126.0. I have no audio because system sees no output deb\vices. Intel Smart Sound Technologies OED doesnt load (code 10). Repeated attempts to replace OED do not work. Drivers up to date per Dell update. What is the current BIOS and how to persuade Dell to download/replace ?? (Malwarbytes detects no malware )

Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them.
Go HERE. Insert the private Service Tag number to check the warranty status.
The latest BIOS on the XPS 13 9380 drivers page is 1.26.0 released on November 6, 2023.
Restart and press F2 to enter the BIOS. Go to Device Information. Is Audio Controller Enabled?

Audio controller is enabled. Intel Smart Sound Technology OED cannot start. Code 10. Dell scans do not seem to find this problem.
Where to get this downloaded and installed. Possibly it is disabled upon start up? The result is "no audio devices installed". Reboots, and the like do not affect this code 10 problem
