BIOS update has frozen the system

D10E58B3-ACFD-4150-BF2B-95E6CA04E83D.jpegNot a good time to be buying Dell. I’m now at a 100% failure rate with updating BIOS per the SupportAssist recommendations. The first time I was able to restart the system and roll back to previous version. This time completely locked up and they are asking me to ship the system in for service. Losing at least a week of the system being in service.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

My first bad experience with Dell Outlet. Five major crashes in three months, two of them catastrophic (pending results of current factory repair).
