Hello, I recently had to install a new hard drive on my DELL XPS 15 7590. My old SSD where all my data is stored is protected by a BitLocker key that I never installed and is not found in my emails or my Windows account, and I can't access the Dell security portal as recommended. I assume Dell installed this key; is it possible to send it to me by email? Thanks
