Bluetooth audio stuttering ever since software update version 2004! Any solution?

I have an XPS13 9350 connected to a bluetooth speaker. Everything was working perfect up until June when the software update version 2004 was installed. Thought the software update version 20H1 would fix it but no! The speaker works fine with other devices. Have you got any solution for this?

I have tried all the available suggestions on the internet to no avail. All drivers updated, only one bluetooth device connected to this laptop. I haven't had good sound system for 5 months now, it's listening to music like this. Considering changing OS to Ubuntu, will that help?
