Bluetooth cannot be turned on
The Bluetooth driver is not working for some reason. I un- and re-installed it hoping that would work. It didn't. The error its giving me in device manager is, "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" Any help is welcome. Thanks

I have had this issue with my XPS15 9560, I found the only fix was to go into the BIOS (F2 at startup), then in the wireless section, switch off the bluetooth and wifi, save, and then turn them back on
