Bluetooth driver not working

My PC (dell xps 9570) suddenly can't connect to my bluetooth keyboard (Logitech K380), i updated the driver 3 times and the device manager tells me that the current version (Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4 bluetooth) *is* the best driver for my system but there's a warning sign next to it in device manager and bluetooth is just "off" without the switch in settings. Keyboard connected fine to my phone so it's not the keyboard that's the issue here, it's something related to the driver/system but not sure what I can do since updating the driver didn't help.
