Bluetooth suddenly disappeared XPS 15 / Windows 10
Bluetooth suddenly disappeared XPS 15 / W10
I was using my notebook today when suddenly I noticed my wireless mouse stopped working
The bluetooth icon on the notification panel is gone.
I do not see any bluetooth in device manager
Windows and drivers are up to date.
It happened to me a years ago and cannot remember what I did to solve the problem.
No Events found!

additional info:
I found bluetooth in Device Manager under "view hidden devices"
If I click any on the above line I see an error message code 45:

I ran the Dell diagnostic tool and got two errors but NO suggestion for action!!
