Booting into Ubuntu from external ssd
I have a 2019 Dell XPS 15 7590 and I am trying boot onto Ubuntu from an external ssd but during the Ubuntu installation I got “Turn off RTS”. Is it safe to change from RTS to ACHI on bios and do I have to change these settings back and forth every time I want to switch back from Windows and Linux? Is is there an alternate way?
